ON YOUR LIST
You know AI could help your business.
You just don't have time to make it happen.
We don't teach you AI. We implement it — inside your business, with your real workflows — so you can get back to doing what you do best, without becoming an AI expert.
We implement. You grow.
WHY US
Run by an operator, not a theorist.
Day & Night Ops is led by Braiden Day, who runs a multi-location retail business in Utah day to day — payroll, inventory, cash flow, hiring, the whole thing. Everything we implement for clients, he's already had to make work in his own business.
We don't recommend AI for its own sake. We implement what actually moves the needle in a business you have to run tomorrow morning.

01 · ASSESS
Free operational assessment.
We look at your actual workflows and tools to find where AI creates immediate value — no cost, no obligation.
-
02 · IMPLEMENT
We build it, in your business.
We set up the workflow, automation, or tool ourselves, using your real data and team — not a slide deck.
-
03 · HAND OFF
You run it, without us.
We train your team so the system runs on its own. Ongoing support is available, never required.
INVESTMENT
A first engagement, priced simply
The assessment is free. Implementing your first system is a fixed project fee, typically $1,500–$5,000 depending on scope — agreed upfront, no surprises. Ongoing support is optional after that.
FAQ
Questions small business owners ask us
What does an AI consultant actually do for a small business?
Most AI consultants give you advice and a report. We do the work: we look at how your business actually runs, find the tasks AI can take off your plate, and then build those workflows inside your business, using your real tools and data. When we're done, you have a working system and a team that knows how to run it.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Small businesses whose owners know AI could help but don't have time to make it happen. Our first focus is independent retail, because that's the world Braiden works in every day, but we work with other small businesses too.
What kinds of tasks can AI realistically handle for my business?
The best fits are the repetitive tasks that eat your week: keeping your CRM and follow-ups on track, building schedules, turning invoices into product listings, bookkeeping workflows, P&L analysis, and drafting content and store signage. Braiden has built and run workflows like these in a retail business he operates. If a task follows the same steps every time, there's a good chance AI can take most of it off your plate.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT myself?
ChatGPT is a great tool, but it starts as a blank box. You still have to figure out what to ask, connect it to the rest of your business, and remember to use it every day. We build AI into the way your business already runs, so it becomes part of the routine instead of one more thing on your list.
Do I need to be technical?
No, and that's the whole point. You shouldn't have to become an AI expert to get the benefit. We handle the setup, then train you and your team on the parts you'll use day to day, in plain language.
Will I be working with Braiden directly?
Yes. We work with a small number of clients at a time so Braiden can do the implementation himself. You're not handed off to someone else after the first call.
What tools do you use?
It depends on what your business already runs on, because the goal is to make your current setup work harder, not to start over. We'll recommend specific tools after we've looked at how you actually work.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on the task. Process work, like scheduling, invoices or follow-ups, starts saving you time as soon as it's running. Marketing and other growth work takes longer to show results, because it depends on how your customers respond.
How much does it cost?
The assessment is free. Implementing your first system is a fixed project fee, typically $1,500–$5,000 depending on scope, agreed upfront so there are no surprises. Ongoing support is optional after that.
Do you work with businesses outside Utah?
We're based in Utah, and right now our focus is small businesses in the Salt Lake and Utah County area. Most of what we build can be set up remotely, so if you're outside Utah, reach out anyway.
